The in-person screening and discussion has sold out but we have now secured rights to screen the film online for you to watch at your own leisure from the comfort of home.

In addition, the film will feature a special introduction by the director, Gaylen Ross from the US.

Rezso (Rudolph) Kasztner known as the Jewish Schindler, negotiated face to face with Adolf Eichmann, rescuing 1700 Jews on a train to Switzerland. Yet Kasztner was condemned as a traitor in his adopted country of Israel; accused as a collaborator in a trial and verdict that divided a nation, and assassinated by Jewish right wing extremists in Tel Aviv in 1957.

The film investigates this tale of murder, intrigue, and heroism with startling revelations after 50 years by Kasztner's assassin, Ze'ev Eckstein, and a chilling meeting between the killer and Kasztner's daughter, Zsuzsi.

This award-winning film  will be followed by a panel discussion chaired by Plus61J editor, Michael Visontay and featuring renowned author, Diane Amstrong, Shai Thaler, whose mother was rescued by Kasztner and Shoshana Faire whose grandmother was on Kasztner's train.
