Childrens Service Registration

The Emanuel Children's Service is an interactive Shabbat morning experience which combines singing and dancing to Shabbat prayers while learning about the weekly Torah Portion.

This form can be used to register your child or children for whichever services you can attend in February and March 2022.

What: Emanuel Children's Service
Who: 5-8 year olds
When: Every Saturday (10:30am - 11:30am)
Where: Emanuel Synagogue (Upstairs of the Education Building)

Note: We usually provide grape juice, challah and some snacks at the end of the service.
Volunteer Opportunities

We are looking for parent volunteers who will be willing to sit in on one service a month who can help supervise the children and assist the service leader. If you are bringing your child regularly, we would really appreciate if you could volunteer to sit in at least one service a month. If this is your first time attending, we would recommend you stay with your child.

Additionally, we are looking for volunteers who would be willing and able to run the service in the event that our regular service leader cannot attend. All the materials will be prepared for you in advance and Avishai will meet with you before Shabbat to go over everything.
Select as many as you can and Avishai will reach out to confirm a date.
We are very looking forward to seeing you on Shabbat!

If this is your first time attending, we would recommend you come with your child.
