Volunteering

In order to make our child-minding service happen, we need your help! We want to make sure all parents have the opportunity to spend time in the prayer services, while also providing adequate supervision for the children. If you, or other adult members of your family, are able to help us with child supervision for a short shift during the day or preparations beforehand, please indicate below.

In the event of an emergency involving my child I give my consent for Emanuel Synagogue to seek and administer the appropriate medical care at my expense, with the understanding that I will be notified as soon as possible of any such incident.

I agree that Emanuel Synagogue will not be responsible for any injury or loss which my child may suffer while attending the programs. I accordingly hereby release Emanuel Synagogue as well as any of its officers, staff (both administrative and nonadministrative) from any liability for any such injury or loss and indemnify each of them against all actions, claims or proceedings which may be brought against all or any of them by reason thereof.
I agree to remain on campus at all times, and inform a child-supervisor when I drop off or pick up a child.
If my child is not toilet-trained, I agree to remain with them at all times.
